Mount St. Helens in an active volcano found in the state of Washington
in the United States. It is a stratovolcano (or also known as a
composite volcano). This landform is a cone-shaped volcano which erupted
forty years ago on May 18, 1980. It was the largest and most
destructive volcanic eruption in United States history.
